Return & exchange period

• You can return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, personal-care and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened (e.g. shampoo, toothpaste, scrubs, creams and makeup brushes).

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged item or something different from your order, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us with a photo of the item and your order number.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the item.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.
